May your life be like a golden sunset...
just enough clouds to make it beautiful...

Just enough clouds to make it beautiful... life is full of clouds which can sometimes hide our blessings. I am studying abroad at Cambridge in England this semester, and God has been showing me the beauty of his creation with each peak of a mountain or volcano climb, ancient tale at a towering castle, awe-stricking white cliffs overlooking the Irish or North sea, inspiring sunsets with colorful rays dansing off cathedral steeples and rooftops, adrenaline filled runs through small villages and forests, all reminding me of God's love for us, which I especially feel through nature-Gwen Frostic's "Green Majesty... the ancient and everlasting promise of an infinite destiny..."

No doubt He has been preparing these moments for you all your life... no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should... DESIDERATA!!!

Run life's race for God and you will win at the finish line of Heaven...

In a run, the only competition you must defeat is yourself...
"But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31

With all of life's uncertainties and demands, take time for yourself... quietly escape and enjoy the simple blessed gift of BEING ALIVE... "Contemplate how you are being asked to give your heart to God amidst your everyday activities. Be prepared to meet your grace in every circumstance of life."- Elizabeth Ann Seton-

We are all so special and unique with individual personalities no one can replace, always listen to your inner voice because God is even closer to you than you are to yourself... "Seek out that which makes you feel most deeply and vitally alive... the inner voice which says, 'This is the real me.'"-William James. Don't be afraid to tell your friends and family you love them, and NEVER fall asleep without answering NO to the question, 'if I don't wake up tomorrow, will I regret anything?' yesterday was the past, tomorrow is the future, but today is a GIFT, that's why it's called the present...

"The climb to the peak of the mountain is what makes the view breathtakingly gorgeous..." -Laura Bingham- Soaring the flight and seeing through the eyes of a bird while sky diving or running up a mountain to the top of the world and looking out and just FEELING your purpose in life and that YOU were CHOSEN to be alive are some one of the most unbelievable moments in existence... with Newsboys in my head and the wind whispering encouragement, nothing is impossible... it's so beautiful it has the power to make you burst into tears without even knowing or caring why...

Live each day is if it were your last... some day it will be...

Thank you Michelle Sexton for inspiring me to write a book, Sarah Elstad my roomie for life, friends, and my Mom, Dad, sister and brother... I love you :) Live your lives to the fullest!!!
