What in God's world does Tlapa stand for or mean?

Czech immigrants came to the U.S. as far as I can check back and that's to the late 1700's.

Now found in Bridgeview!

And in 1740 a Boheimian been known to have crossed the Atlantic and arrive in New York city. From their, settled in BRIDGVIEW, IL and southern suburbs of Chicago. Some even say in BEDFORD PARK! Most like a first name of RUSSELL.
