The situation is extremely serious that is lived in the Region of the Montaña, because the right to the life seemed to be that it does not exist, the Guarantees of Legality, Legal Security and Freedom of Transit, have been ignored on the part of the military, who in this fact have not known to the municipal authority, being elevated like judge and part of a criminal action that must be investigated by the competent civilian authorities and in which the military do not have any authority to limit and to deny to own criterion the individual guarantees.
He is inconceivable to think that from the moment of the aggression, that is registered to 21:30 hours of day 31 of March, until the 12:00 hours of the present day, the military deny the access to the authorities of the municipality and the relatives of the died wounded and under the deceptive arguments of which " there was an accident " and " until the general arrives ", without mattering to them that they are omitting the aid that by law is due to offer the population who needs it, especially in him context in which that region is located, where do not exist suitable and opportune medical services for this type of emergencies.
On the other hand, we are before completed facts that they speak to us by themselves of a performance of serious consequences where the civilian authorities is supeditada to the decisions of the Army, and that allows by a side to handle the situation them of the events at will and to seat another precedent more of the illegal performances that the Army commits, without responsibilities are built to them, nor sanctions itself to them according to the right, leaving to grow the unfortunate phantom of impunity, in addition to allowing that it reigns an atmosphere of sinking and illegality in the Montahna of Guerrero.
